Terms of Use
Last updated: 18 June 2026
These terms cover your use of ridemuster.app (the "site"). By using the site or signing up for early access, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who we are
The site is operated by Andrew Barber, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, trading as "RideMuster". You can contact us at info@ridemuster.app.
Early access
RideMuster is a product in development. Signing up registers your interest and adds you to our launch mailing list, it isn't a contract, a guarantee of access, or a promise that the product will launch, launch on any particular date, or include any particular feature. We may change, pause, or discontinue the product or the site at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- submit anyone else's email address without their permission;
- attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
- copy, scrape, or reuse the site's content or branding except as allowed by law.
Intellectual property
The RideMuster name, branding, design, text, and graphics on this site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view the site for your own personal use, but you may not reproduce or reuse it without our permission.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about its availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. The interactive ride demo on the home page shows illustrative, fictional example data.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data and forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
